Welcome to Practically Perfect Purses and thank you for taking the time to review our shop policies. Keep in mind that most of our quilted items are one of a kind. We generally buy each collection of fabric with only one specific project in mind. Occasionally due to yardage requirements there may be enough fabric to make 2 bags or a smaller item from a collection used in an item but this is not generally the case. So if you see an item you love please keep this in mind. Feel free to email us and we will try our best to work with you and any needs you might have.
I accept PayPal, money orders, and personal checks as payment. I prefer PayPal, but will accept money orders, however I do not ship until payment is received and cleared. You will have 3 days to send payment for an item. The item will ship within 2 days of receiving payment or your check clearing the bank. Any item not paid for within 3 days will be canceled and the item relisted.
Domestic shipping charges listed are for USPS Priority Mail. Our Purses and accessories are, however, shipped first class since they fit a bubble envelope and shipping times were the same as Priority. If you would prefer another method of shipment please let us know and we will work with you. However, keep in mind that any method other than Priority will include the actual cost of packaging involved.
When using Paypal it is very important to let us know if you wish to have your item shipped to an address OTHER than your Paypal address. We have no objection to shipping to any other person or address; just let us know at the time of purchase (like a gift item).
Refunds and Exchanges
My bags are VERY HIGH QUALITY and I am completely confident you will love them. But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, let me know! I accept returns if shipped back to me within a week of your receiving the bag.
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on most custom bags.
If an item is damaged in transit, and you can prove it with packaging, you will receive your money or a replacement. Otherwise, sales are final. Please read measurements in listings, or feel free to email me with any questions. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please contact me within 7 days with your reason for a return. Upon mutual agreement for such reason, please return the item within 7 days in it’s original, new condition. Refund will be made for the price of the item only. No refund on shipping costs. No refunds will be given on custom orders. All items listed as “SALE” items are FINAL SALE.
Unless otherwise noted each item is custom made after purchase. Fabric placement may differ from that shown in listing photo, but will be every bit as beautiful. Please be aware that photos are for detail viewing only.
